I.

To live well. Homes shaped around woods, water, front porches, and good neighbors.

II.

To live ambitiously and with purpose. A hometown built so families, makers, and workers can build a lasting future at the Lake.

A letter from Blake

Before this is a project, it is the place I came from.

I grew up in Camdenton. The Lake gave me a home, schools that made me a Camdenton Laker, and a community I care deeply about. Growing up here also showed me how fast growth can strain a town when it happens one piece at a time without a clear plan.

The Lake has plenty of natural beauty and energy. What it needs is a better setup for daily life. People want places where they can walk to simple errands, homes that fit every stage of life, and steady jobs that last through the winter.

That is the idea behind LIVARA. We are planning the land, homes, hands-on training, work spaces, and utilities together from the start.

I am not asking for blind support. I am asking for your honest input while the plan is still taking shape. If something is unclear, tell us. If a part of the plan can be better, put your idea on the table now.

How we work

Local roots. Clear steps.

Blake Hodits leads the project team. You can send questions or ideas anytime on our contact page or to info@molakedev.com.

Building a new neighborhood takes step-by-step design, utility plans, and public approvals. A design goal on this site is not a final permit.

Why we are building this

The point is not to make the Lake something else.

The best parts of Lake life should stay the same: water, woods, local shops, good schools, Friday night games, boat rides, and family time. Any plan that forgets those things does not belong here.

Our goal is to add what helps the next generation stay. That means year-round jobs, hands-on trade studios, walkable streets, and protected woods and trails.

We are not trying to replace what people love about the Lake. We are building what lets more people live a full year-round life here.
