Privacy
Your information, in plain language.
LIVARA is the community brand of MO Lake Development, LLC. Here is how we use information you choose to share through this website.
Project email updates
When you sign up, we store your email address, your agreement to receive updates, the date of that agreement, and the part of the website where you signed up. We use this information to maintain the subscriber list for LIVARA project news and updates.
To ask us to remove or correct your email address, contact info@molakedev.com.
Questions and messages
The contact form sends your message and the contact details you provide to our team so we can reply. Sending a message does not subscribe you to project email updates. We will not share your message publicly without asking you first.
The community name poll
The poll records your preferred spelling and uses a randomly generated browser identifier to help avoid counting repeat responses. It does not ask for your email address. Your browser also saves a confirmation after the server records your response.
Running the website
Our hosting and database services process submissions to operate the site. Technical request information is also used to keep these services working and limit abuse.
For questions about information you have shared with LIVARA, email info@molakedev.com.
