October 2026 Planning Update: A Community for Year-Round Life
LIVARA is a year-round community planned between Camdenton and Linn Creek, with more than 500 homes envisioned in Phase 1.
Our objective is to build a community. The vision brings together year-round homes, local jobs, daily shops, hands-on trade studios, and outdoor life at the Lake.
We moved forward with the purchase of the land with a clear understanding that a data center was not possible, and we are not requesting approval for one.
The design images on this site show our goal for the neighborhood, not final blueprints. Each phase needs full engineering, water and road plans, and public approvals before building.

October 2026 Update: No Data Center & 500+ Homes

We are not building a data center, and we are not asking for approval to build one.
LIVARA focuses on year-round homes, a walkable village square, local shops, hands-on trade studios, walking trails, and open Ozark woods. The design images on this site show the neighborhood we are planning, not final blueprints.
Any future public meeting will be shared with a confirmed date, place, and agenda.
